The Challenge
The original suite was over 20 years old with failing plumbing, water-damaged subfloor and a cramped layout that wasted nearly a third of the room. The client needed a hotel-quality finish without losing the period character of the building.
Our Solution
We re-planned the layout to gain a true walk-in rainfall shower, installed marble-effect porcelain throughout, fitted a wall-hung WC with concealed cistern and a bespoke oak vanity. Electric underfloor heating, anti-fog mirror and recessed shelving completed the spec.
The Outcome
Delivered two days ahead of schedule and on budget. Independent damp survey post-completion confirmed full remediation of the previous leak damage.
