The Challenge
The property had been let for over a decade and required modernisation throughout, including dated electrics that no longer met current regs, a tired galley kitchen and poorly insulated rear extension.
Our Solution
Single project manager coordinating structural engineer, electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, plasterers and decorators. Phased programme to keep the client informed and the build clean week-on-week.
The Outcome
Delivered on the agreed completion date, fully signed-off by Building Control. EPC rating improved from D to B.
